Jen Gauden-Hand
Director of Service Delivery (Support and Housing)

Jen is Oasis Community Housing’s Director of Service Delivery (Support and Housing).

Jen oversees the delivery of all our established supported accommodation projects across England, driving them towards excellence, and ensuring they are developed in line with Oasis Community Housing’s ethos and values. Jen also oversees our Housing Management Team and Empower Domestic Abuse support service. 

Jen has worked for Oasis Community Housing for nearly 24 years, gaining experience in frontline Support Work and Project Management in young people’s supported housing, before moving into senior leadership for the charity.  

Jen is also the Ofsted Nominated Individual for Oasis Community Housing. 

Outside of work, Jen is a married mum to 2 young children, engaged in children’s work at her church, and is a football enthusiast!
