Tara Allen

Starting work as an accounting apprentice, Tara went on to become a fellow of CIMA and has led an extensive career in wide roles at Board level within not-for-profit organisations as well as in manufacturing and service sectors.

As a business owner, trustee coach, and active in her church, Tara is always busy outside of family life.

She lives with her husband and son, and with a very spoilt little dog who is head of the household!
