Director of Service Delivery (Homeless Prevention)

As the Director of Service Delivery at Oasis Community Housing, Penny is responsible for the leadership and development of our crisis services.

As a member of the Executive Team, Penny contributes to the overall strategic direction of the charity, ensuring our practice adheres to legal guidelines, upholds the Oasis Community Housing vision and ethos, as well as supporting the CEO in developing new growth opportunities and managing the charity.

Penny has over 23 years of experience in project management specifically related to housing vulnerable people. Penny was the Head of Housing, Hardship, and Welfare Support Services at Hartlepool Borough Council before joining us as the Director of Service Delivery.

Outside of her work at Oasis Community Housing, Penny volunteers as a Coordinator at Hartlepool Food Network and is on the Board of Trustees for the West View Advice & Resource Centre.
