Salary:
£32,126 per annum. The band goes up to £35,568 per annum, however, this is dependent on annual performance reviews).
Full time role:
Up to 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to meet the requirements of the post
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager within Oasis Community Housing. This role will lead the operational running of the HR and admin functions across Oasis Community Housing. You will support the Chief Operating Officer in building and strengthening HR systems and people development to ensure they are fit for purpose, as well as manager the HR Officers in the organisation. You will assist and support all managers in Human Resource activities across the organisation, update the policies and procedures for Oasis Community Housing in relation to People Resourcing and Management and ensure that OCH complies with all relevant legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation.
