About the Role:
Are you passionate about including those experiencing homelessness and other challenges in the design, delivery and evaluation of services? Are you ambitious when it comes to driving change, with an ability to motivate, engage and galvanise? If so, Oasis Community Housing would love to hear from you.
Oasis Community Housing is a Christian response to homelessness and disadvantage (including substance misuse, offending, health, domestic abuse and much more) providing housing, support and other specialised services. Our vision is for everyone to be part of a community where they are included, belong and have what they need to reach their God-given potential. As part of our strategy for growth and development, we are embarking on an ambitious journey to develop our culture of co-production. We want to share power and responsibility with those accessing our services in meaningful, safe and accessible ways, and to create an environment where everyone can contribute.
We’re seeking to recruit a Co-Production Worker who can develop and drive our ambitious strategy to embed co-production in all that we do. The successful candidate will be creative, engaging and able to build productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about co-production and championing the voice of lived experience, and who is skilled at communicating to different audiences. The successful candidate will be reflective, keen to learn, and conscientious and can expect to play a vital role in a really exciting project.
