Our drop-in resource centre in Gateshead is open for advice, practical support and signposting to other helpful local authority and charity services. We are open Monday to Friday, from 8am. If you call outside of opening hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Drop-in facilities include: showers; washing machines; toilets; fresh clothes; left luggage;
making/receiving calls; food and hot drinks; links with other helpful services.

A nurse clinic is held on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (9:30am – 1:30pm) and is open to everyone on a first-come first-served basis.
