Strategy and research

Strategy

As we see homelessness at an all-time high, our 2024 – 27 Strategy represents our attempt to blend our heart and our head. So that we can increasingly address the national scandal that homelessness has become, without losing the essence of what makes Oasis Community Housing’s work so effective in seeing lives transformed for the better.

At national level, we aim to inspire and influence change within the homelessness sector, becoming a leading example of best practice and continuous improvement.

At local level, in order to tackle homelessness where we work, we aim to grow the number of people whom we are supporting and enable more of them to move on and contribute to a flourishing community.

Research and reports

Our frontline work spans a number of policy areas including rough sleeping, temporary accommodation, domestic abuse, vulnerable families, unemployment, mental health and trauma.

We regularly respond to consultations and Government calls for evidence, undertake evaluations of our work and conduct homelessness research with delivery partners and academic bodies. Find out more about our research work by clicking on any of the following reports.
